  • When to tell us you're moving
    Let us know you're moving home 10 days before you move.
  • What to tell us
    We'll need to know the date you are moving out (service stopped) and contact details so we can send you your final bill.
  • Are there any cancellation fees?
    In the course of selling your property, Solo Water will need to calculate the settlement amounts for the buyer and seller and perform a special read of the meter. The costs of these activities can be found in the Pricing schedule on our website
